Shipping & Cancellation Policy
- All the orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order & would be delivered within 3-7 business days.
- The estimated delivery time may vary from state to state. Weekends and Holidays are not calculated as business days.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay.
- Please be aware that no shipments are delivered on national holidays.
- Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a notification either by email, SMS or WhatsApp with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.
- The Company shall provide free delivery/shipping on all products.
- We may be able to amend or cancel your order before it ships. In the event that your order has already left the warehouse, please do not accept the package.
- Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at health@opt4apt.com.
- In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Opt 4 Apt doesn’t ship outside India currently.
